Hi! My name is Freda Macdonald. I have been running fitness and weight management classes in North Wales since September 2008.
We are delighted to report that since 2008, we have helped hundreds of people to lose weight, become fitter, healthier and feel great.
Together with my employees, we offer a huge variety of classes and courses for you to choose from right across North Wales. We have Zumba Fitness, Aerobics, Kettle Bells, Boot Camps, YOGA, Fitness Pilates and also run more specialised courses such as Zumba Toning and Zumba Step. We even have a ‘Gentle Fitness’ class suited to those who want to workout in a slower and considered manner.
We work hard to make our exercise classes fun and suitable for everyone, so please don’t worry that you’ll stand out or will not be able to do it. We have been trained well to adapt our exercise and can teach mixed abilities within one class.
We have so many success stories to share where lives have been transformed and health risks significantly reduced. Our members learn to look at the big picture of health and wellbeing and make changes that they can maintain their whole life.
The social aspect of what we do is also very important and we regularly hold events outside of class, so many a good friendship has been made through coming to class. We also support lots of local and national charity events and each year do the warm ups for Race for Life, Ty Gobaith Pyjama Walk and St. Davids Hospice Dawn Walk.
