This new High Frustration Tolerance Weight Management Plan (H.F.T ) turns dieting on its head by putting the focus of change on ‘mood’ as opposed to ‘food’. There are no rules telling you what you must or can’t eat. The food plan is well balanced, sensible but flexible. Over 4 weeks you will receive an intensive level of emotional support which will guide you and make sure that you achieve you results.
