Interval Hiit Workouts
HiiT stands for High Intensity Interval Training . . .
. . . and just as the name implies it combines short bursts of high intensity exercise with periods of steady state slower exercise to aide recovery. The duration of this session is relatively short, just 30 minutes, but the results we see over a few weeks are amazing!
